Fransisca Cho, Sarjana Buddhis di George Washington University menyatakan:
“Buddhism is a story of how we are in pain and suffering and how we have the power to change that. Neuroplasticity: the possibility of changing.
No instrinsic nature the self and mind both self and mind are extremely plastic.
Our activities inform who we are; as we act, so we shall become. We product the past, but because of our inhenrently empty nature. We always have the opportunity to reshape ourselves”.
Sharon Begley dalam “Train Your Mind, Change Your Brain, 2007 11-15) mengungkapkan:
“Buddhist Teaches our reality is create by own projections, is thingking that creates the external beyond us. Meditation practice as: mental training, mindset, transformation. The mind has a formidable power of self transformation.
When thoughts come to the untrained mind, they can run wild, triggering destructive emotions such as craving and hatred. But mental training, a core Buddhist practice, allows us “to identify and to control emotions and mental events as they arise.”
